Theme: "The Journey of Faith from Transition to Transformation"
For many, a time of transition means dealing with the obvious matters of change in one’s life. It could be moving from one place to another, a different job, or moving to a new city. The decisions involved in such might not be easy but they are necessary for what is needed. But the person of faith looks for more.
In such times we are invited by God to a deeper change, a transformation. God asks us to work with God to create the conditions in our life for grace to take hold of us anew. We need God to work in and through us. How are we with one another? Are we people of care com-passion, forgiveness and peace?
Using Our Holy Father Francis’ latest encyclical, “Fratelli Tutti” as background we look at the attitudes that help us journey more deeply into who God is calling us to be. This is the call to transformation.
