Exploring Mindfulness Silent Retreat -- Come to the Quiet

Arrival and registration is scheduled for Monday, February 14 at 4:00 p.m.
followed by orientation and welcoming at 5:00 p.m.
and dinner at 5:30 p.m.
Departure will be on Thursday, February 17 after the noon meal.
Cost: $295 per person includes room, board and materials

The Redemptorist Retreat Center offers the “Exploring Mindfulness Silent Retreat – Come to the Quiet”. Consider taking advantage of this is opportunity to make a personal retreat including the practice of Mindfulness also known by some as “Compassionate Awareness” in a setting of silence, reflection and common prayer with meditation.
Those making the retreat will be offered the options of a daily Eucharist, Evening Prayer, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and Spiritual Direction. The primary offering is QUIET.

About your Facilitator
Fr. Ted Lawson is the Program Coordinator of the Redemptorist Retreat Center. He has served in Parish Ministry, preaching for Parish Missions and Novenas and as the Director of the Health Care Center for the Redemptorists. His experience in retreat ministry has been an important part of his pastoral life. He had the privilege of serving as the Director of the Desert House of Prayer, a contemplative retreat center near Tucson, Arizona. Fr. Lawson is a native of Pewaukee, Wisconsin.
