Grieving Retreat

"Taking Time to Name, Claim, and Reframe Our Grief"

Thursday, October 31 - Friday, November 1, 2024

Arrival/Check-in begins at 9:00 am on Thursday,

and concludes Friday by 3:00 pm.

A fall overnight retreat for supportive compassionate gathering for grief is planned for those who have lost a loved one recently or long ago.

We will reflect on healthy grieving as we review the Grief Cycle, Grief Process and Healing Journey; recognizing that we all move through our grief in our own unique way!

We are all emotionally and spiritually challenged during this time of complicated uncertainties. Because of all the changes, non death losses and our death losses, there is a survival need to become more aware of your inner strengths and resilience.

Using the beautiful natural setting of the retreat center your spirit will be renewed and refreshed.

Please consider joining us as we pray, reflect, share and laugh together.

Presenter:  Peggy Weber, RN, BSN, Certified Grief Educator
