Taking Time to Reframe Our Grief

A Spring day of supportive compassionate grief gathering is planned for those who have lost a loved one recently or long ago. 

We will reflect on healthy grieving as we review the Grief Cycle, Grief Process and Healing Journey; recognizing that we all move through our grief in our own unique way!

In this time of complicated uncertainties because of Covid 19 we are all emotionally and spiritually challenged.  Because of all the non-death losses connected to Covid and your grief at this time, there is a survival need to become more aware of your inner strengths and resilience.
